Nature Photography Club News and Activities
Whooping Crane Boat Trip - Jack Flash March 3
Up to seven members of the Photo Club have the opportunity to join Captain Kevin Sims on the Jack Flash for a day of photography on March 3. We did this last year in March and had a great time and got some great photos of the cranes and other shorebirds at a rookery. If interested in joining the group, see the Announcements page for details on how to sign up.
Club printing session and Volunteer Appreciation Luncheon March 4
From 9 am to 12 pm the Club will hold a general meeting to discuss future activities, an Infoshare on Bird Photography, and a work session to finish up some notecards and prints for the Gift Shop. Afterwards, members will attend the Volunteer Appreciation Luncheon at the Visitor's Center from 1-3 pm. Please join us for both!
Nature Photography Club Needs Your Help
Dick Klopshinshe (Club President), Diane Nunley (Secretary) and John Noll (Webmaster) are still looking for members to help with the program for Fall 2011 and Spring 2012. We need a Program Chairperson to coordinate the program and help is needed to plan and carry out Club activities. See the Announcements page for specifics, then send an email to anwr.npc@earthlink.net if you can help out.
